1. The prices quoted in the current price list accompanying this form apply only for the duration of the exibition whose details appear overleaf and are exclusive of Value Added Tax which will be added to any invoice at the appropriate rate subsisting when the invoice is drawn. The prices on said price list include delivery and collection to exhibitions held within the London area. The prices for delivery and collection in respect of exhibitions held outside the London area are available on application.

2. During the hire period, which commences from the time goods are delivered until they are collected it is the hirer's duty to:
a) Keep the goods in good and substantial repair and condition. In the event of any damage whatsoever excluding fair wear tear the hirer will pay Studio Host the full replacement cost and original hire charge.
b) Keep the goods at the address of the hirer stated overleaf and not sell lot or otherwise dispose of the goods not part with possession of the same.

3. The hired goods will be collected as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the exhibition. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that all personal belongings are removed.

4. The goods are let upon the condition that the hirer has arranged suitable insurance cover in respect of all and any liability howsoever arising in relation to the hire of the goods and whether such liability shall be to members of the public or in respect of damage to the goods themselves.

5. At the discretion of Studio Host a charge up to 100% may be made in respect of cancelled orders.

6. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the appropriate power supply is available and that it may be used without detriment to the goods.

7. The owner accepts no responsibility of any kind in respect of any delay or failure to deliver goods, arising out of circumstances beyond the owner's control, any loss or damage caused to the hirer's own goods howsoever arising nor any less or damage whether for personal injury or otherwise arising out of the misuse of goods.

8. PAYMENT OF CHARGES  Unless otherwise agreed all charges shall be paid in advance before delivery. All charges are quoted exclusive of VAT.



Please note that the showcase hire period is for the entire duration of the exhibition, up to a maximum of two weeks.
